I have lived here for just about 4 months and I love the location and my little apartment. I received it in very good condition and anything that goes wrong has been fixed in a timely base. I like it and feel very safe here. Joel always responds promptly to requests as well as Justin to coordinate repairs.

I absolutely love living at West River Commons. It's a beautiful location, a well kept building, and I feel I'm a part of a community here. My neighbors and the on-site management staff are welcoming and kind. It's one of the best renting experiences I've ever had.

This is the most inflexible management I have ever encountered. Be cautious before signing here. Other apartment complexes in the Twin Cities treat their residents like more than a monthly rent check.

I've had only positive experiences living here! Our unit is lovely, was very clean and freshly-painted when we moved in, and management responded quickly to both our maintenance requests.

Worst company ever. If you want your mail delivered to the wrong address, packages stolen, laundry to never work, and worst customer service...rent from these people.
