In 1978, Tom and Barbara Trofe began Bright Beginnings West Private Preschool out of their desire as parents to have access to quality education and child care in a clean, safe, nurturing environment. Baby Steps

Our Baby Steps program gives your child a happier, healthier, well rounded foundation for the future. Available for children age 1 to 2 1/2. Baby Steps will help prepare them for school and life. Your toddler will explore different textured materials, play Peek-A-Boo, and complete simple puzzles. Our teachers read books and poems, sing songs, and teach your child how to put on finger plays.

We are excited to announce that the theme for this summer will be "Healthy Life Styles". Exercise, healthy eating, and technology CAN co-exist! We will show the children how to have fun while exercising, prepare healthy snacks, and use their minds all at the same time! Each day we begin with the children exercising, stretching and doing activities like children's yoga.

At what age does the school begin accepting children and do they need to be potty trained? From time to time field trips are scheduled. However, parents sign a permission form in order for a child to attend any trip. Parents are also invited to attend trips. Transportation is provided by school buses.
