Regional Fitness Center
Make the RFC part of your daily routine with a full-service weight room, group fitness classes, and two gymnasiums. The RFC offers access to two pools, swim lessons, and recreational activities to meet anyone's needs. The RFC encourages you to explore all that Western Minnesota has to offer, both indoors and outdoors. The RFC is a part of your community to help enrich the lives of those in Stevens County and surrounding communities.

The Regional Fitness Center, located on the beautiful campus of the University of Minnesota - Morris, was founded in 1999. The RFC is a joint powers not-for-profit organization serving the U of M - Morris, the City of Morris, Stevens County, and the Morris Area School District. The RFC has over 2,550 active members, comprised of students, youth, families, and senior citizens.

The RFC offers simply more services than our competition, but that doesn't mean we skimp on the quality. Taught by certified instructors, Group Fitness Classes are a fun way to workout with friends and in a variety of ways. In the Land of 10,000 Lakes, we're bound to head to a body of water, why not be prepared for it?
Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes are a great way to reach your fitness goals and have fun! Members with group fitness are invited to any and all classes! If you are not a member or are a member, but do not have a group fitness membership, no worries! Passes are available for purchase at the RFC front desk. Our classes are set up to give you more variety.

Our personal trainers can help you by individualizing your workouts to meet those goals! Whether it is to lose weight, keeping the consistency of workouts and being held accountable, receive motivation, or even just to stay in shape, we want to help! Why choose us? Senior Activities

Sunrise Splash - (Located in the Recreation Pool) Aqua class designed for the deconditioned and aging population. Join us in our warm water pool for a low-impact work out that is gentle on your joints to improve agility and flexibility. You will use a variety of aqua fitness tools to increase overall strength, balance and coordination.

Comp and rec pool very clean and hours to accommodate students and community. 60$ for monthly public pass is worth the facility. Lots of exercise offerings through the day. And a inexpensive sandwich bar, with coffee, smoothie, and workout drinks.

Not a state of the art fitness center, but you can get most of what you need here. The competition lap pool is fantastic, but if you're looking to do serious weight training, there's a limited selection. I haven't had the best experience with the staff, but the facility itself is pretty nice.

It's a good comfortable place to work out. The cardio machines are often broken. Nothing fancy but it does the job. I love going to the classes
