The Diamond Room guarantees the workmanship of our jewelry and will repair or replace any defective piece for 1 full year after purchase.

We guarantee our diamonds from falling out of their setting under normal wear and tear if cleaned and inspected every 12 months. Industry standard suggests you bring your daily worn jewelry in every 4 to 6 month to get clean and inspected; this is especially important for engagement and wedding rings!
