I've lived in this complex for over a year..
1. Rent was raised after renewing lease agreement almost $200...it's not worth it and I am about to explain why as I go on
2. We are on a chiller/boiler system its Nov. 4 and it was 36 degrees when I got up for work! STILL NO HEAT!!!! This is sooo unacceptable considering the amount of rent we pay here
3. Maintenance has a horrible habit of entering units without prior notification! UNACCEPTABLE and there is no onsite security service..we have to provide our own security by purchasing surveillance cameras to protect our homes..tisk tisk

Hadn't come to switch vent filters in since we moved in if dust was worth money I'd be a millionaire. Literally made our electric bill higher bc the ac wouldn't turn off unless I open this door they come change the filter. Among the other stuff they do. Full review coming later this year

If I could give 0 stars I would. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE TO LIVE GO SEE THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN OR HAND OVER ANYTHING! The pictures online are of their townhomes not apartments, its a SCAM! I paid what I thought was a refundable deposit before the girl would let me tour, and they would not refund it when I did not sign a lease! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS!

Hello Arbor Pointe,
This is Justin Hill, I used to pay rent with Arbor Pointe at Hillcrest at the address 3802 Kavanaugh Blvd and had some questions and concerns regarding my move-in deposit refund. I see here on my final account statement that I was charged $85 for not cleaning up and I wasn’t told what specifically when I asked the office staff. I can guess it was for the tub and toilet that had my upstairs neighbors sewage in it when building 3 was having pipe and sewage issues back in the middle of May 2021

I have lived at these apartments for over four years. I wouldn't recommend anyone rent at this facility. I have had a leak in the bathroom for over 3 months and it still has not been fixed... Had a meeting scheduled with the manager, showed up for the manager to tell me she could not meet with me.. She said she would call me and has not.

My boyfriend and I have lived here since June of this year. In that time, I can honestly say that the staff at Arbor have been great to me. It has been 10 years since we stayed in an apartment and the transition has been challenging. The office staff made this so much easier and less taxing for us as this was already going to be an emotional move. I had one maintenance issue since move in, in October and was very impressed that after the leak was fixed a couple of days later I got a call from the office to ask me if I was satisfied with the work done. The guy name was Leo that came to fix the leak

I've lived here 5 years. The service has been up and down over the years. This year has been better than it has been is some time. Maintenance comes when I call the office within days, the office staff are very cordial. My neighbor alway have something to say to me when I'm at the mailbox , which they have given us a new mail center and location I don't have any of the issues they claim. I will say this particular neighbor that was complaining, I know doesn't clean her apartment. I would not blame the office for saying something. Hopefully I will be getting a house next year, but until then I am
