The flow of the day is a framework that gives structure and consistency to the routine but also gives sufficient space for the children to choose play that meets their individual needs; alone time or group time, active or quiet play, needing assistance or striving for independence.

This combined group of committed persons provide the oversight to the school's curriculum, program administration and professional development. They have the important task of overseeing the day-to-day activities of the classroom, delivering the curriculum and working directly with the children and their families.
