Now Ive never been in the office myself, but I called to more or less get information on the services and prices as I am doing my research on a couple different clinics to get my dog checked. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude on a level that I cannot even begin to explain, it was very frustrating especially because I was being kind the entire time. At the end I thanked her for the information and said Id give a call back and she answered with a couple rude remarks about if their prices are too much for me to look elsewhere and proceeded to abruptly hang up. My puppy had something stuck in his throat. I called Dr. Weaver who said to bring him in. I was expecting to have to have my puppy sedated, but much to my surprise Dr. Weaver was able to see the object and pull it right out. My puppy and myself are much happier!!
