The restore pro team was very professional. Always let us know when they would be stopping by to work on house. They give you more than enough heads up to clear out a room of personal belongings if they were going to be working on that particular room. They were also kind enough to wait 2 months for us to come up with the deductable. I would recommend this company to anyone. 5 plus stars in my book.

In a word, this company was FANTASTIC! We had a water leak which caused extensive damage in our master bedroom. Everyone who entered our home was friendly, professional and proficient. They came almost immediately when we called and had the clean up done very rapidly. The repairs are perfect... we can't even tell where they worked. Sheet rock, flooring, painting all perfect. They communicated very well with our insurance company and ourselves and were always on time for appointments and repair sessions. We are EXTREMELY happy. Thanks for the great work!

RestorePro was on site 20 minutes after we called. They came in and started drying out and ripping out all the damage the flooding had caused. It was a stressful situation; however, there calming, professional, and friendly interaction really helped me feel calm. The entire process was so organized, thorough, and well done. I always felt I was involved with the process. I knew what to expect. The quality of the workmanship was wonderful. The whole team was so kind and did such a fantastic job. Because of RestorePro, there was a very positive experience to a disastrous situation.
