Another great experience! I have been going to AAH since early 2000. Dr. Anne and Kathy have taken excellent care of my fur kids throughout the year's and I trust them to give me honest advice and feedback regarding treatments and procedures necessary to keep my fur kids healthy. Dr. Anne and Kathy dealt with some very difficult situations during those years and handled them compassionately and with amazing skill. The vets are great but they need to work on educating their front desk. First - you dont answer the business phone with Hello, I didnt called your house but an establishment.
Second, if I ask do you have something in stock it doesnt mean you should put it in a bag and charge me for it, I didnt say - give me this , I said - do you have it in stock. I like the vets and will keep coming, but everything has a limit, and at certain point the level of customer service will prevail.
