I don't usually use cleaning companies but I love Clean Max! They're really thorough and they strive to do work that is above and beyond what they are expected. Customer satisfaction is a priority and they will go out of their way to make sure it happens. Really nice and fair and they genuinely care about their customers. They are also open and doing business during COVID! They follow all safety precautions and are very careful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs anything cleaned. This is the second time I have used Clean Max USA. I needed my tile/grout cleaned as well as carpeting throughout my home. An estimate was given to me on the phone and I scheduled an appointment. The techs, Dylan and Jake, arrived on time; in fact, they were actually a few minutes early. They first measured all areas I needed cleaned and presented me with the final cost, which was actually less than I was quoted on the phone. They got to work as a team and were finished in a little less than two hours. I was extremely pleased with the job they did -- my tile looks like new and a few troublesome

They clean a little part of your grout to get you to agree to the job then make excuses why the rest can't be clean and expect you to pay full price.. I spoke with the owner and he threatened me if I don't pay the workers. Terrible customer service. Go with someone else
