A rental agreement provides for a month to month tenancy or a longer term lease, usually of a one year duration. Items number 1 through 6 must be completed and submitted to CPM Inc. in order for us to process your application. The rental application is the key screening document that CPM Inc. uses to qualify prospective tenants.
