It's ok old place. Quite and no one really bothers you. I had random bug and mold problems. Would only recommend cuz its easy to get in and decently cheap.

For a complex whose supposedly enforcing you are not to leave your dog on the patio is sure doing a poor job at doing their job. Its not my job to tell them whose leaving their dog on the patio. Its your job as an employee to figure that out. But they dont care. I got In trouble for leaving mine out for a short period of time so therefore its only fair everyone else does to.

Approval process has been a nightmare. I applied for a 2 bed 1 bath. I'm currently in a 2 bed 1 bath in San Antonio and paying the same price as to what their pricing rate is. Instead of bothering to check my rental history. They said I don't have enough income to afford their apartments. Let it make sense. I'm pretty sure that because I told them I was a student (who also works full time) I have been discrimated against. Manager does not work with you or bother.no way will I downgrade to a one bedroom when I'm in the same floor plan for the SAME PRICE that I'm in now.

I've been here 2 years now and I still really enjoy living here. The manager and maintenance people are outstanding in my opinion. Issues are dealt with quickly and very efficiently. I can't speak to any of the negative comments listed in other reviews, but I can honestly say that as of this time when I'm writing this review I have seen none of the negatives some people have written here. I intend to stay here a very long time as I'm totally satisfied with this apartment complex and its management. As a retired music educator, I spend most of my days here and I see all the work that goes on around

I wish would have never moved in!! My apartment has so much fixed patched water damage till I cant hang some stuff on the wall...I didnt get the upgrades I was promised. They only have one maintenance man trying to fix all the apartments. I cant wash because my washer connection is broken and no one has been out to fix it. All I keep hearing is one only have one maintenance man sorry. Well that dont fix the problems in my apartment that should have been fixed before I moved in. But what do they care they got my money and a one year lease outta of me. I am so upset I wish o would have
