Meet Our Staff

Alexis was born in Boston, Massachusetts and was raised in the East Bay where she graduated from Irvington High School in 1997. After receiving her Registered Dental Assistant license in 2001 she has been applying her knowledge at a pediatric and orthodontic practice for the past twelve years. She currently resides in South San Francisco with her husband, Jaysen and their three children, Janae, Jeramya, and Alani.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Financial and Insurance

We strongly believe that finances should not be a barrier to an attractive and healthy smile. Our team will arrange a payment schedule that makes orthodontic treatment affordable and convenient for you. Our office will take time to explain and maximize all of your insurance benefits. In addition, we gladly accept payment through most insurance companies, debit/credit cards as well as other flexible payment options.

At your first visit, you will be greeted by Rosa, our Treatment Coordinator, and will be joined by Dr. James in his office, where he will discuss your treatment options. Kayla, our Financial Coordinator who sits at the front desk, will check you in for your regularly scheduled appointments and can help assist you on any financial questions.
