I had a 9:00-10:00a.m appointment. I removed all the furniture from the rooms to be cleaned and at 9:05a.m I got the the new van broke down we will maybe show up later phone call. They said they couldnt call earlier because the office personnel doesnt start work until 9:00. I decided to drive out to the address listed on their website and wouldnt you know it, its a house. Dont waste your time with Mailmans, get a professional company to clean your carpets!

The van broke down and they had to reschedule. The day of the 2nd appointment, they called 15 minutes after they were due to be here, they called to reschedule AGAIN because of the van still being in the shop. I inquired why we werent notified earlier, so we could have avoided hours of moving furniture off the carpet and they said they were sorry, they should have.
