We require 24 hours for cancellations. If you do not provide us with 24 hours, the scheduled service will be charged in full to the credit card on file. Please do not forget! You will lose the treatment without reimbursement. A No Show can be rescheduled based on availability only in the case of illness, showing a medical waiver.
