Dr Rim has gotten so busy that I don't go anymore. I have to wait 1/2 hour - hour every time. He has gone from very kind to brusque and hurried. He sells treatment in packages - i have 3 visits left that I will lose because it is not worth it. Last time I called the receptionist tried to get me to pay a bill I did not owe. Sigh
