Buyers beware, mechanics charged 3 times to replace the starter. Come to find out it was a loose wire on the starter. If it was a loose wire, why wasn't it tightened during the 3 times the starter was changed???? Ill be helping my friend with a lawyer unless it is made right.

I know this place doesn't have the best of reputation, but I bought a vehicle from them in February, Gary had been really nice and helpful through everything. Gary has really went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, as well as to ensure that my vehicle is up to par and is functioning correctly. I had an issue with my vehicle and he is getting it fixed, he sent a tow truck to pick up my car and it is currently in the shop. I bought a car from a different car lot in Durant last year, and I didn't receive half of the hospitality that the people at Kool Kars has shown me

I've bought 2 trucks from kool kars and WAS a loyal customer. When Kim left & Jim and that other guy took over, the whole thing went downhill. They have zero integrity and constantly screw their customers over, even loyal customers that never miss a payment. I hit a deer over a year ago. Jim insisted that I go with his guy to fix it so that I could get the insurance check cashed. He said it would only cost $700, but he kept $1000 of my insurance money. I waited a YEAR for them to fix my truck. A year of my tire hitting my bumper and doing much more damage to the truck. The truck finally broke down

If you like being disrespected, then this is the place for you. definitely not worth your time. all they care about is getting your money. the cars arent even worth the price they slap on them.
