Our comprehensive home inspections cover all critical components of residential properties, including structural integrity, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units. We serve buyers, sellers, and realtors in the Saint Louis area, identifying potential issues that could impact property value or safety. Clients receive detailed reports with actionable insights to support confident real estate decisions.
Radon Testing
We conduct professional radon testing in homes across Wright City, Missouri, using calibrated equipment to measure gas levels accurately. Radon exposure poses health risks, and our testing ensures properties meet safety standards. Results are delivered promptly with clear recommendations for mitigation if elevated levels are detected.
Termite and Pest Inspections
Our inspections identify termite infestations and other pest-related damage that could compromise a home's structure. We assess current and future risks, providing detailed documentation for buyers or sellers. Early detection helps prevent costly repairs while ensuring property safety and compliance.
Infrared Testing
Infrared technology detects hidden moisture, electrical hotspots, and insulation gaps invisible to the naked eye. This non-invasive method enhances inspection accuracy, identifying issues like water intrusion in attics or walls. It complements traditional assessments for a complete property evaluation.
4K Drone Inspection
Using 4K drones, we capture high-resolution aerial images for roof and exterior assessments. This technology provides safer, more detailed views of hard-to-reach areas without ladders or scaffolding. Clients receive visual documentation with precise imaging to evaluate structural conditions efficiently.

Mark was amazing!! This was my first time purchasing a home and he was totally honest and up front about everything on the house. Also he was so patient with me and explained everything that he was doing, why he was doing it and always gave me my honest opinion. He was very professional, but also treated me like family. I will recommend him to anyone! I was very happy with the inspection and still do not regret my choice!

I suggest a more organized report and detailed report with a whole lot of more information and pictures to prevent having to go back and forward or questions. The attic had unfinished duct work and now I have to pay for this to be done because at the time of inspection there was nothing said about this. Very disappointing
