I purchased an emerald stone at Coin Mart that was almost 7 ct, with a light green color. They kept the stone until i brought my ring in which the emerald was supposed to be set.Not only the entire pick up transaction was handled extremely poorly, but the day of receiving my ring in the parking lot of their store, Chris opened the box and i made it clear to him that the emerald was replaced for a dark green colored emerald.Chris tried to commit fraud on me by replacing the purchased emerald for a less expensive dark green emerald.After i told Chris i will call the police, he returned my deposit

Have been a long time customer at coin mart jewelry. I had a pendant custom made that I couldn't find anywhere. Not only did it come out exactly how I wanted it, but it was the best price I found in all of San Diego. I also sold a old ring there and they offered the best amount possible. Christine was great! I went in to sell jewelry and ended up buying as well. She was helpful and professional, but not pushy!! She took time to listen to what I wanted and worked hard to find it. Finally found some quality gold earrings :) The selection is wide with a variety of every style and jewel. I could spend hours in there! Also, the prices are extremely fair. Christine helped me to try on every pair that tickled my fancy. After buying a pair, I decided later that I wanted to exchange them for another pair I was looking at. They happily exchanged the pair for me. I will be back to have my wedding band adjusted or maybe even replaced. Good spot for quality.
