Here at Galaxy Outdoor, we have the ability to build full-custom outdoor kitchens for spaces of any size, shape, and configuration (Including spaces with pools, posts, steps, elevations, curves, etc). We can even build around any custom appliances and inserts.
We build our islands out of #120-Galvanized steel tubing, welded together and is covered with an exterior flexible concrete board which makes it ready to receive any type of exterior finishings.

Heat by Convection - Proper heat circulation for uniform cooking is why the shape of the Kamado Rocket resembles a rocket ship which allows for more cooking levels. In the engineering dictum, "Round is better than square". Heat by Radiation - The retained heat in the heavy refractory walls creates the most even, all around cooking experience that you cannot receive with thin walled metal barbecues or cheaply built smokers made of ceramic.
