Accolade in Pontiac did a great job providing my mom with care! Their nursing staff along with their administrative staff is so friendly and always happy to help. I would highly recommend them!

So resident I know has been here for a few years. After some time Accolade stated that she owes them 7000 dollars. This woman has a union monthly pension that Accolade gets, Medicare payments, and they take her social security And she ends up with 30 dollars per month. Now theY are wanting that 30 dollars. When did it get to the point that living means some one is able to rob our dignity and take every penny we have? Our elderly deserve better!

Had a great experience at Accolade, when I had my knee replacement surgery. All of the staff, from the nurses & CNAs, therapist & the kitchen staff, are very caring & friendly. The facility is very clean & I felt very comfortable there. Will be going back, after my other knee replacement.

A great facility to work for and be in! We treat our residents as if they were our own family. We also have a group of the most amazing staff members in the world, and the newest owner has done amazing upgrades to the facility to make it more home like. I would highly recommend Accolade Healthcare of Pontiac to everyone, including my own family.

Rarely have I seen an example of new management resulting in such a drastic improvement. Having a parent in Accolade, entering right before the current staff took over and the name change occurred, I've seen a night-and-day improvement in the care my mother has received and the running of the establishment in general. From the CNAs, to the nurses, to the janitorial/maintenance staff, to the kitchen staff, and all the way up to the management, this entire care facility has really stepped up their game. Even when my mother became difficult to work with for a period of time, the employees of Accolade
