All my PT sessions to that point had been face to face. Both ended up not being a problem at all. Schedules were flexible enough and easy, and you were pretty creative in the Zoom environment to help me get the moves down pat. Getting in touch with you outside of our regularly scheduled sessions was also great, in case I had questions or needed something.
I actually found that easier to work out than when I've had a local PT. - S.W. It takes a lot for a person to reach out for help. Often much longer than it should, allowing for an issue to get worse or more impactful on their life. Most people wait as long as they can before actually seeking out the treatment that they need, trying to delay being told what they can or can't do anymore or how long they must "rest".

Originally from Roanoke, Virginia, I have moved all over the United States for school. From The University of South Carolina for my Undergraduate Degree in Exercise Science to Chapman University in Southern California for my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Along the way I realized how much I missed being in the mountains which brought me here to Colorado.
