They don’t stand behind the products they sell. If you have a problem they are not helpful. They tell you to contact the manufacturer rep and they should have handled the issue themselves. We still have an issue after dealing with them for 2 years now on a house full of installed defective flooring from Happy Floors.

Working with Audrey at Best Flooring was such a treat and the installers did an amazing job with our hardwood floor. A big plus was that they left our house spotless, cleaning everything up before leaving. We highly recommend Audrey at Best Flooring on 466 in The Villages.

From start to finish Best Flooring made my husband and I so happy! Very much satisfied with how everything turned out. Steve Murphy really helped us a lot in choosing our flooring and carpet. Thank you so much! If we ever decide to change any other flooring we will certainly be back! Would recommend this company to anyone. They were recommended to us by family members. Great work! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
