This place is still the worse. I had an appointment today to buyout my lease, I spoke with Margarette earlier in the week and told her we did NOT purchase our car from you guys but you are local and it would be easier to buyout the lease from this dealer instead. She assured me they could do it and there would be no issues. I also mentioned to her that we already have a preapproved loan from our bank and if we can use that for the buyout. Again she assured me its no problem and they work with my bank all the time. Upon arrival today to this location I met with a pre owned sales associate that

I called to bring my 2006 Cadillac DTS in for service. Was told by the receptionist that the service manager said my car was out of the service range and too old for them to work on, and that theyre technicians wouldnt know how to work on it. Its a 2006!!! Not only that, but Ive only owned the car for three years and have brought it there for service before! The girl told me they recommend I go to other shops around town. Is this a joke!?! Absolutely unbelievably poor customer service. First time in my entire life Ive been told to go elsewhere for service by any dealership

A major thank you to Curtis Brown and the team at Paradise! They were absolutely outstanding in their customer service and performance. I had taken my vehicle to Carlsbad Cadillac (which is much closer to my home) to address a problem that was improperly "fixed" multiple times. Eventually, I told Carlsbad just to give me my car back and I would be taking it elsewhere while still paying for the subpar service at Carlsbad. Paradise was recommended to me by a colleague. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by Curtis, who went through all my concerns and asked detailed questions to get to the source

Brought my 2017 Cadillac in for it's 50k service, and I must say it was the most pleasant and easy experience for me. Service Consultant Carlos Ceja I feel went above and beyond in making this a positive experience for me, he was extremely polite and answered all of my questions, explained everything that needed attention, arranged my shuttle, and stayed with me to the point of handing my keys back. Shuttle service was perfect, and the drivers were very nice and professional. A+
