Not sure your drivers should be smoking in a van designed to transport people for medical appointments. Doesnt seem like good policy.

Horrible service! The driver arrived late and my patient almost missed her appointment. And when it was time to be picked up from Kaiser Shuttle Med said the nearest driver would arrive in an hour to pick us up. The after an hour the shuttle that tried to pick us up was too small to carry our wheelchair in the bus. This is unbelievable.

Firstly, this service is a brilliant concept. Our driver was on time and helped us greatly going to the hospital. I was told to call the number for our ride back since the doctor's appointment was more than an hour long. I called ShuttleMed and the next available driver was an hour away! My very old 79 year old mother was not about to handle this so guess what? We called an Uber with Assistance to help us. That worked! Our initial service was $80.00 and they charged $60.00! $60.00 to drive 3 miles from my mom's condo to to the hospital!
