I called Classic Floors after a fridge leak caused some damage to my floors and I am very impressed they took the time to talk to me over the phone on what I can do to resolve the issue prior to them coming out and looking at it or replacing it. Other businesses would jump on a service call to say, just give it time, but I got an honest, over the phone helpful call. If time doesn't fix my problem, I will absolutely give them a call for repair because they just seem genuinely interested in helping.

I was completely amazed by this effort because most businesses would just pressure you to pick something, but Florin and his team did not want me to settle until I was
