If the clock goes past 3hrs, additional time is charged in 15 minute increments of the hourly rate. Different clients require different levels of care for their items. Some clients have all IKEA furniture and just need it moved from A to B, while others need professional "white glove" service to ensure the care and safety of all their fragile, precious or valuable items.
