I stopped in here a few weeks ago for a minor repair. The shop opens at 8am and my vehicle was out of there at 8:50. I went to pay my bill and there was 1.5 hours of labor on the bill. Asked to talk to the shop manager about the difference. Was told that labor is rounded up and there is a minimum 30 minutes of diagnostic time that is added to each bill. At $60 per hour for labor he was basically telling me that I needed to pay an extra $40 for fine print that explains work that they did not do but still get paid for.
