Lasik & PRK Surgery
Report
If it's good enough for pilots and astronauts, then it's good enough for those of us who are earthbound! Why choose Vision Surgery Consultants for your laser vision correction? We are proud of our personalized patient experience. Our exceptional refractive team will put you at ease and make sure you are well educated before proceeding.
Cataract Surgery
Report
The eye surgeons of Vision Surgery Consultants have years of experience in successful cataract surgery. A cataract is a clouding of the lens in the eye, which causes blurry vision. However, cataracts do not result in permanent vision loss. While there are numerous causes of cataracts, age is the most common factor.
Glaucoma Treatment
Report
Our eye surgeons are experienced in successful glaucoma treatment for patients in Kansas and all over the world. Glaucoma is an eye disorder in which the optic nerve is damaged in the back of the eye. It is often, but not always, associated with increased pressure of the fluid in the eye. Untreated glaucoma leads to permanent damage of the optic nerve and results in visual field loss, which can progress to blindness.
Lens Implants
Report
If you do not have cataracts, suffer from presbyopia (loss of your reading vision), and are not a candidate for laser vision correction, then Refractive Lens Exchange with premium lens implants may be an exciting option for you. Premium lens implants can offer you greater freedom from glasses and a wider range of vision than the standard single-vision implants covered by insurance.
