Attorney Scott M. Davidson's legal experience spans two decades of federal and state trial and appellate litigation. In 1996, Mr. Davidson was selected as a judicial law clerk for the Supreme Court of New Mexico, working with Justices Pamela Minzner, Richard Ransom, and Daniel McKinnon.

As an experienced New Mexico state and federal appeals and post-conviction attorney, I believe that pardons and other forms of executive clemency are not utilized as often as they should be.
