A comprehensive eye examination includes dilation. Dilation use eye drops that cause your pupils to widen which allows more light into your eyes. This gives Dr. Wells a better view of the back of your eyes so she can thoroughly check them for any potential disorders or disease.
Your vision and depth perception are also carefully evaluated Dr. Wells uses advanced diagnostic equipment such as digital fundus photography and automated visual perimetry to detect and monitor glaucoma, cataracts, diabetes and macular degeneration.
