Stephanie is co-owner of Home & Condo Rentals, Inc. and has held a Florida Real Estate license since 1993. Stephanie's pas experience has been collections with Chase Leasing, bookkeeper with property management company. Stephanie also has extensive computer training and does some consulting for a property management software company.

This is a personal decision. We have dealt with Section 8 housing in the past so if you have questions on anything, please call and we can answer any/all of them. We are licensed and insured. With the exception of two of our administrative staff, everyone in our office is a licensed real estate agent in the state of FL.

If it's an emergency you can call the emergency line at 941-650-8107, otherwise all routine business will be dealt with during business hours. No, as your hired management company we will sign and take care of that paperwork; a notice of rental will be mailed or emailed once deposit is made. No, but if you are looking to sell we would be happy to refer you to one of our trusted agents.
