Individual and Family Psychotherapy

Individual Counseling, Individual Therapy, and Psychotherapy - different names for therapies with the same goal: to work with people one-on-one to help them help themselves. With each session, the hope is to discover, then reduce or eliminate, whatever it is that might be causing a patient emotional pain, anxiety, sorrow, or other distress or suffering.
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation entails obtaining a thorough history to help understand the underlying cause of your symptoms. This includes discussing past history of any physical or mental health issues, past treatment, developmental and family history and gaining an in-depth understanding of current concerns and level of functioning.
Psychopharmacology

The careful selection of certain medications can enhance and facilitate efficient symptom resolution, particularly when used in combination with psychotherapy. Your treatment team may offer certain medical options to address your symptoms after a careful consideration of your immediate objectives, and your longer term goals.
Referral Process

We are currently accepting new patients. A new patient intake request by the patient or by provider can be processed either by fax or phone. SNBCare team processes new patient's intake within 48 hours after receiving a fax or call. To ensure appropriate scheduling and coordination of your patient's care please include all information requested on the NARF.
