I am so happy you stopped by to learn a little more about the Island Wedding Memories team. I am Kim, lead planner & owner of Island Wedding Memories. I have lived on the island of Maui with my family for almost 30 years. I am originally from California but I definitely feel that Maui is home after all these years.
I have an awesome family, husband Nate (we have been married 25 years!), 2 handsome boys, Nakana (23) & Nakoa (17), a beautiful daughter-in-law Kamalani, a grand daughter on the way, French Bulldogs Dexter & Ozzy, and last but not least, a black cat named Bigs! I started in the wedding industry here on Maui 14 years ago as a wedding photographer, photographing countless events over the years.

We recommend having your ceremony in the late afternoon so you can take advantage of having photos taken during our stunning sunsets. It also tends to be a little cooler in the evenings. Our team helps with all kinds of events & budgets, from beach weddings to large private estate events.
We recommend sending us an email with some details on what kind of event you have in mind & how many guests you anticipate having and we can work on a custom quote for you.Up to 30 people total including your vendors. Although we can't set up chairs on the beach, talk to your planner for some fun ideas for making your guests comfortable for your beach ceremony.
