In addition, we carry a large selection of Chamilia beads and sterling silver jewelry made by Swarfsky. If so, we offer on site Jewelry appraisal. Just stop and we'll advise you on the value of your item. On-site jewelry repairs are done on the premises by our Master Jeweler Richard Tanner.

Staff is awesome and has fixed my watches asap while i wait. Also i got my wife's engagement ring (20 years ago) at Bill Green and he went as far as to lay a bunch of diamonds out on the table and let me pick which one i wanted. It was a really cool experience that made me feel great about spending my hard earned money. I highly recommend this place

I called today about getting new batteries put into a few of my watches & they were so friendly & efficient! Price was inexpensive & customer service was top notch! I just moved here & its so hard finding services in a new town! I won't hesitate to recommend coworkers & friends!

I have visited Bill Green's for over 12 years. Their staff and service has been very good. The products they sell are the quality I expect and the clocks are very nice. Chuck is exceptional at his job with knowledge and honesty that convinced me to bring my clocks not purchase from Bill Green. I will continue to shop here.

Bill Green Jewelers has the worst customer service I have ever seen! My husband purchased an expensive bracelet for me there for Christmas. He bought it on 12/7/19 because he was going out of the country and would not return before Christmas. Charles Holt, the Assistant Manager, sold the bracelet to my husband knowing it was a Christmas present and assured my husband that I could return the bracelet if it was not what I wanted. Unfortunately, when I opened it on Christmas morning, I did not like it. I went back to the store on 12/30/19 and Charles Holt would not allow me to return the bracelet
