I used S&M to organize a move from ATL, GA to Boston, MA. I organized the moved months in advance and asked S&M to tell me when they should pick everything up so that it arrives Boston during a specific week. After organizing for the loading dock and service elevators to be reserved on the specific days and times S&M requested, the movers arrived more than 3 hours late for pick-up in ATL, took over three weeks in transit and arrived more than 11 days late in Boston then arrived more than 4 hours after promised on delivery day. I would not use this company for moving. The movers got to me on time but then I had to sit with them for over two hours to get my things moved. I used their storage also. My first contract was for only 47 cents per storage. Will unbeknownst to me when the changed my contract they made it cost 1 per storage. I called to let them know and they will not honor my first contract. They already put my price up to begin with and then they charge me more than double for storage. I would use a large well known company to move your things. Not someone who does contracts with other moving companies. They
