Most cosmetic companies have stopped formulating cosmetic products in this way many decades ago, with the arrival of petroleum derived ingredients and ammonia based emulsifiers such as triethanolamine (T.E.A.). We use no mineral oils, no petrolatum, no paraffin, no ozokerite, no ceresin, all of which are derived from crude petroleum, and are alien to the body and therefore incapable of replacing skin fat.
