Sadie G. Mays Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 206-bed, skilled nursing facility located in northwest Atlanta, Georgia. The facility is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation which operates under the auspices of The Atlanta Association for Convalescent Aged Persons, Inc. Our goal is to assist each resident to attain or maintain his or her practicable mental, physical and psychosocial well-being, with dignity and respect.

Our friendly, professional staff is ready to serve you with all your nursing needs, both short term and long term. We care for patients with many diagnoses, including heart disease, fractures, stroke (CVA), renal disease, cancer, dementia and Alzheimer's, among others. IV Therapy including Antibiotic Therapy for MRSA, VRE (We accept PICC Lines and Central Lines).

Take I-20 West, past the West End area, continuing on to the Martin Luther King Exit (Exit 53). Make a left turn onto M.L. King Jr. Drive. Go 1 block to the next traffic light and make a right turn. This is Anderson Avenue. Follow this street down and around the curve. The center sits on the right hand side.
