If you are interested in a position with this company or looking for a marketing FAMILY... DO IT! The management was super friendly! They always did fun things like lunches, community service, involved the employees in things, etc. I will give you a great example of what this company is all about, Christmas was on a Tuesday one year and the boss (Shannon) gave us Monday off just as a gift... like who does that?!?! Ok, just one more example of this company, one of the bosses is super crafty so she would just give us fun handmade and personalized gifts for "little" holidays such as Valentine's day
