I am new to Spokane and had a very positive first experience with my eye exam and adjustments to a few pairs of my own glasses several months ago, but I really want to give kudos to Sheri Howton for helping out my mom today. Mom was visiting from out of state and recently got new glasses, but they weren't properly fitted. We were able to walk right in and sit with Sheri simply with the hope of having the glasses fit properly until she could bring them back to the optometrist in Montana. Sheri's thoughtfulness, knowledge, concern and expertise were very welcome and reassuring. She spent nearly 45

I had such a positive experience here today. It was my first time going to them for an eye exam and from making the appointment over the phone, to getting my exam done, and then ordering glasses, everyone I interacted with was so nice, professional and helpful. The exam also felt very thorough and non-invasive. Im sure the procedures may vary depending on your personal medical history, but in my case at least, there were no uncomfortable drops put into my eyes and no startling puffs of air blown into them, which is what Ive basically come to expect based on my previous exams at other eye
