I lived at Woodmont Terrace for a long time. It's a great location but that's really the only positive thing I can say. The office staff is cold and phony and they don't care about the residents, they are only interested in the bottom line....money. The owners are very cheap and will do the absolute minimum to save a dime. The maintenance team is inexperienced with high turnover and does sloppy work to the point where you'll look to DIY alternatives. Also there is a significant roach problem. The rental office calls them palmetto bugs to soften the blow. The laundry room is

Just left Woodmont Terrace Leasing office. A thin blonde with her hair pulled back came out. She did not introduce herself or say hello. I had to assume she worked there. I began to ask her questions and it was obvious she had better things to do because she scowled at me while standing halfway out of the office door. I had been meaning to get by and speak with someone since everything has begun opening back up and she completely changed my mind about renting at WT. Great management team. They are very friendly and helpful throughout the application process and beyond. Nice location and pricing, considering competitors in the same price range are not safe places to stay. Would highly recommend based on the convenient location, attractive rent prices, and wonderful staff.

I've lived at Woodmont for the past year and absolutely loved it! The only reason I am moving out is due to the fact that they don't allow pets. Their management and maintenance staff are wonderful. The buildings are old but kept up with well. We submitted 3 service requests while we were here and every single one of them was fixed within a couple of days. (The light on our stove burnt out/our A/C was leaking when it rained/we had a mouse). Yes, we had a couple of bugs in our apartment but its the south and they get that so they have a complimentary pest control list you can get on. Its a really

I really love this place. The only reason I'm moving is because it's not pet friendly and I'd really like to get a dog. It's in a great location with good food nearby and a cute park within walking distance. I do think it's a tiny bit overpriced considering the lack of central air and outdated appliances etc but we're in a townhouse with a good amount of space for the bedrooms. The staff is really friendly and on top of things. Maintenance requests were always taken care of quickly. It really is a great place and I wish they allowed pets because bi would definitely stay if they did.

So disappointed in the service here. Other than the amazing location, PLEASE know before you move in that you are paying for poor maintenance work and a true 1900's apartment. We have had cockroach issues since we moved in in June 2016 and it was NEVER taken care of. After phone calls, emails, and dozens of conversations, Woodmont promised to have maintenance do something and guess what- never happened. We've been finding anywhere from 3-6 cockroaches a WEEK, and all they do is come and spray every other week. Communication is horrible. Office staff say things like "I'll let

This place has been great to me so far. The place is fairly priced, good size, great layout... everything I need. The staff is polite, responsive, and nice! :) I love my home!
The only reason I'm giving it less than five stars is because other tenants in other buildings have complained about bug problems which scares the crap out of me. :(

My wife and I lived here for two years and just moved out after purchasing our first house over in West Nashville. We never experienced the cockroach infestations mentioned in the previous review...staff was super friendly and the apartments are really charming. A little expensive, but the location more than makes up for it. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because they raised the rent on us after the first year, but there was plenty of warning and they ended up compromising on a price fairly easily. All in all, an amazing property and a great, safe, place to live.

I lived in this apartment for over a year. Everything looks great and the wood floors and crown molding are the sellers. There is a huge problem: cockroaches. Everywhere. I don't care if they bait, spray, fumigate there is nothing that can be done. I second the review that says they can get up to 4 inches long. They come from the sink, the walls, and everywhere you thought was impossible. If you don't believe how truly terrible this problem is, go out to the large, round drain in the middle of the parking lot after 10 pm. Hundreds of cockroaches moving in and out of the sewer. I want to first thank all of the yelpers out there who helped in my search for a housing in Nashville. I am excited to say that I found a great unit at Woodmont Terrace. I have not moved in yet, but the staff was so helpful and inviting that I would suggest looking here if you need housing near Belmont or Vandy.
