I ordered furniture for my office in September. It was shipped and delivered in early November to this company to deliver and set up. Its now a couple days before January and I still dont have my furniture. According to this company they have no idea where my furniture is in their warehouse and they have to try to find it and we will call you IF we find it. That was several weeks ago and no one has called me or found my furniture. And these are not small items. Its two large L desks with the hutch, 2 book shelves and 2 file cabinets. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I have delivered here several times. Kinda weird docks that are easier to back in off the street. Park out along a curb and walk in WITH YOUR MASK.....(Pretty quiet street)..good people inside. Usually goes pretty quick.

He is the person to call if you need any hauling done. He responded quickly to the work request and arrived on time the next morning to haul away two mattresses and two box springs. He and his associate were a joy to talk with. We will definitely call him again if ever we need any moving or hauling done. Thank you.

This was the company contracted for my wayfair delivery. Delivery was scheduled and confirmed for 1:30-5:30pm...driver called at 11am and said he would be late....never heard from ProRelo again that day, and delivery not made. I Called the office the next morning and was informed the truck broke down and they sent text messages to all customers advising there would be no delivery....I RECEIVED NO SUCH TEXT MESSAGE. ...WASTED MY DAY WAITING FOR NOTHING!!!The service person said the delivery would be made sometime today, but couldn't give any specifics, and was rather pissy about it!!
