John is very professional, diligent, thoughtful, and friendly. He explained everything to us on the day of inspection, and sent us a very detailed report the next day. I learned so much about house maintenance from him! He also has a lot of professional equipments, like infrared to detect temperature differences, and a drone that he can fly up to inspect the roof.
Even the listing agent asked for his card! She said she's never seen anyone who's so detailed in house inspection.
