Been on hold for 4 hours, lets hope eventually someone answers the phone! I tried the extension the owner left in a comment for customer service, and was still on hold for another hour. Impossible to get someone on the phone!

Im surprised to read the other reviews Because my experience has been nothing but positive and stress free. They are extremely responsive and the customer service has been on point on multiple occasions (thank you Carlos). They were able to get me my supplies while I was traveling in other states without any delays. I had an issue with my Dexcom And they handled it with the company directly and were able to get me a replacement that day and even called me days later to make sure everything worked out. My provider switched me to CVS and I made a point of getting it switched back to this company

1st Choice Sleep Diagnostic Center located at this facility is horrible. I will never go there again. The staff is RUDE! Especially the manager Michele Diffey. I had a referral for a sleep study and every time I would call I would get conflicting information. I requested to speak with Michele about the cost and if she had confirmed her participation with my medical insurance and she basically called me dumb (mind you I work for a medical insurance company, so I know about how a deductible works). Michele proceeded to say my deductible was already met even though it wasn't. She was screaming

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!! I had been calling for a MONTH and i still never received any diabetic supplies, I got my authorization and everything and they had the audacity to say that they dont deliver glucometers, test strips, and lancets only my pump supplies and they said this to me as I was looking at the authorization with all the codes on it for those things, I had been calling and never got a resolution I supposedly spoke to the manager who was VERY unprofessional and rude, did not give me a way to resolve my issue and was very unhelpful. WORST CSR Ive experienced as a T1D and I definitely

The app is super quick and convenient for refilling prescriptions. The only down side is there is no way to update payment information on the app.
