Our Move In and Tour experience was awesome. Angie was amazing, welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Touring the apartment is also great, they give you the keys and you can go and see it by yourself. You get to make the decision about the apartment without a salesperson behind you. They online lease signing makes the move in experience even better. On your move in date all you have to do is pick up keys without having to sit there for and hour signing papers. I highly recommend.

I like my community and also my daughter love the community and also the new management he’s very good especially the people that works at the Reyna office It is a community that is easy to get around yeah I said transit Center and there’s a mall and a lot of hiking environment

The apartments looked beautiful, but the woman who took care of us was totally disinterested, we went on a Friday and said we would liked an apartment for August the 13th date, and she said it was available, she showed us part of the building and the gym on the office side, But when it was to go to see the apartment, she only gave us the key and let us go alone, it was unprofessional, now we told her to give us the applications, we asked for her advice, we asked for a video of the two-room apartment and she did not sent it, my father called her the next morning day and there was no way for her

I lived in this place for 6 months..... worst community ever. DEFINITELY not worth the money....
Problems Faced :
1. Kitchen stove burned up and management addressed issue after two days.
2. A rat lived with us for few days.
3. Water leak through bed room window during rainy days.
4.water seep in bathroom ventilator.
A worst management and highly expensive!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst apartment I've experienced in my life. We have lived in our apartment for about a year and had a mice infestation the entire time. The ONLY thing that's ever been done to "fix" the issue was them placing sticky paper under the fridge. We have complained endlessly and nothing ever seems to be fixed. We have also had black mold inside our apartment and on the outside of the porch area. The office never answers and maintenance takes forever to fix small complaints. Absolutely the WORST.

Moving in was super easy. The (new) office staff make the transition seamless and helped/answered all my questions. It’s a nice community as well and my apt turned out cuter than I could hope!

Run away as fast as you can!!! This place is a complete dump. They do not care about the cleanliness or curb appeal at all. I’ve walked past the same trash in the bottom of my building for months. Trash is constantly thrown into the middle corridor of the building. It takes a minimum of 2 months to get any work order completed. Whenever I call to follow up, Dawn informs me I have to wait in the order a work order is received. It seems as if I’m waiting forever. If the work load is too much, please hire additional employees. And please don’t get me started on the murder that was on the property
