MOD Properties' passion and expertise in residential property management are evident in our approach, management style, and philosophy. We seek to provide services with the client's goals and bottom line in mind, including accommodating both a hands-on or hands-off approach. In-house maintenance crew directly supervised by owner and insured vendors at competitive rates.
Tenants
Report
Rent is due on or before the first of the month; the grace period is until the 3rd. If the third falls on a Sunday or holiday rent is due by the end of the next business day. MOD Properties accepts only cashier checks, money orders, or online payment for the first months rent and deposit. Following months can be paid with a personal checks or any of the above.
