At Carol Matheys Center for Children and Families, we have been educating young learners for over 45 years and are proud to supply the community with high quality, affordable child care, early childhood education and family support. We believe that all children are unique with individual development patterns, and each child will bring his or her own style, personality and background to our programs.
Preschool
Report
Our goal at Carol Matheys Center for Children and Families is to help all children prepare for Kindergarten. Children are given the opportunity to learn through creative play, music, crafts, science, math, technology, Spanish, American Sign Language and literacy. We teach children respect, responsibility and encourage independence.
Kindergarten

Kindergarten will provide your child with a developmentally appropriate fun learning experience in a small class size environment. Our curriculum is designed to meet the MN Department of Education Kindergarten Standards. Readers Workshop and Math Expressions will be incorporated into the daily curriculum.
School Age

At Carol Matheys Center for Children and Families, we provide children grades Kindergarten through 5th grade a fun, safe place to be before and after school. Children enjoy games, computers, outdoors and being with friends in a fun, supervised environment. On non-school days and during the summer we offer full-day programs.
