I recently went through two home inspections with Crawford. Justin Ventura does an excellent job. He is knowledgeable, clear, professional, detail-oriented and helpful. I will use this company again if we ever purchase another home. Not only did he explain anything that was outside of my understanding, he also discussed less expensive options for fixing some of the issues. Very nice to work with and great results!

Crawford Inspection was able to schedule us on short notice, and they accommodated the need to move the appointment at the last minute as the house wasn't ready. Brad was the on-site inspector and he was very thorough, finding things that the builder hadn't found yet (new construction). He gave us a clear and comprehensive verbal report, and followed it up within an hour or so with a thorough electronic report. In addition, we had sewer scoping and radon testing done by Crawford; all went smoothly.
