About us: The Love Grows Program, inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio is a nonprofit organization committed to providing free access to quality preschool education through it's scholarships for children ages 3-5. Students of LGP will attend The Growing Room Preschool in Oakley. My oldest children, now in kindergarten, recently had school conferences.
Their teacher said they were so very well prepared for school-excited and willing to learn. They are so confident; thanks to TGR for helping them be school ready! The Growing Room is where kids can go and feel like they are at home. Children are always loved there as well as encouraged and challenged.

The Growing Room, Inc. was designed in 1998 to be a caring alternative to traditional, institutional early childhood programs. Our innovative approach integrates learning in all areas of the young child's development- intellectual, social, physical and emotional. Your child's interests and capabilities will be nurtured through creative activities using materials and resources unique to our program.
Our Curriculum

At TGR we have designed our own "Meaningful Curriculum" based on the development, interests, and experiences of our students. The Growing Room Preschool offers a family environment where children from 2.5-5 years are part of the same positive learning community. Having students of various ages working and growing together, builds confidence and leadership through mentoring.

At The Growing Room we have taken a very purposeful approach to planning the learning environment for our students ages 2.5 to 5 years. We work to make each area of the classroom an inviting place where our students can learn to make good decisions and work well with others. Our goal is to foster meaningful learning and social growth in our students while making TGR a fun place to be.

At TGR, we believe that the most important thing we can help instill in a child is the idea that Kindness is a foundation for all motivations. We carefully encourage and foster our preschoolers natural instincts to show others kindness and respect! It becomes a part of our daily dialogue about how to treat others and ourselves.
