Helene Hopkins began her career in property management with the since-closed company, Palouse Empire Rentals, in May of 1985. She went on to open Helene's Property Place, LLC at our current downtown Pullman location in September of 1999. In the 20 years since, we have become an established property management and real estate company servicing the region encompassing Pullman, Palouse, Albion, Colfax, and Colton.

Application Procedures

Each adult wishing to live in one of our properties must fill out an application and be approved. All sections of each application must be completed and accurate. We must verify that there is adequate income to make rental payments. We expect applications to have current income (from employment for at least 6 months, financial aid, GI bill, etc.) and that income, broken down monthly, must be at least 2.5 times the total monthly rent.

Looking to apply to one of our great units? Read our application guidelines below to make sure you have everything you need to have a smooth application process. In an effort to minimize person-to-person contact, we are not currently performing in-person showings. We are able to send out photos for most of our units, and are working with our tenants to gather images of any units we do not currently have photos of.
